Order Acceptance and Pricing
There may be cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. Tawlate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including your phone number and address, before we accept an order.
To prevent credit or debit card fraud, Tawlate reserves the right to verify payment details before providing products and to confirm your personal information. This verification may include checks of identity, residence, or banking information. Failure to respond to verification requests within 2 days will result in automatic order cancellation.
Tawlate also reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent payment activity.
While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur. If an item is mispriced, Tawlate reserves the right to either contact you for confirmation or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. Tawlate may cancel such orders even if they have been confirmed or charged to your credit card.

Arbitration
Any disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of the implementation, interpretation, or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) or an equivalent arbitration body in Qatar.
The arbitrator shall be legally trained, experienced in information technology, and independent of both parties. The venue of the arbitration shall be Doha, Qatar, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and may be enforced in accordance with applicable Qatari arbitration laws.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tawlate reserves the right to seek protection of its intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or equitable relief in competent Qatari courts.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Qatar. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar and waive any objections based on venue.
Tawlateqatar.com is operated by Tawlate Furniture Trading, a company registered in Qatar. International credit card payments made through the Site are processed by our contracted Payment Service Provider, also registered in Qatar.
Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders
If you return an item purchased via Cash on Delivery, you are eligible for a cash refund within 10 days of return approval. If you cannot be reached within 10 days, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher, which cannot be converted back into cash.
Termination
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Tawlate may, without prior notice, immediately terminate these Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all rights granted to you under them. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Site. Tawlate may revoke all passwords and account identification and deny further access.
Termination shall not affect any obligations (including payment) that arose prior to the termination date. Tawlate shall not be liable to you or any third party as a result of such suspension or termination.
